One of the best skills other than the patient care is documentation..Make sure the first care form is complete. Paint a picture of this scene, of this patient. Everything has to be on there, do not miss one single thing.From on scene scenario to signs patient is showing, to changes during transport.Another thing is if you have problems with one of your co-workers don't show it on scene..Leave it for when you are back at the station.
