Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming esl teacher interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

If they ask you how much money you expect to be paid, say a high figure (e.g. 50,000W/month). You may only get 30,000W/month but at least you can aim high and fall short. Don't sell yourself short.

Another type of question has to do with actual Teaching, to see if you have thought about it, or have experience. They will ask if you have experience dealing with classrooms, your educational philosophy, how you discipline students, teaching methods etc. Source: www.pencils-up.com

They will want to hear that you have a" Passion- Passion- Passion" for teaching. So, try to think of examples from your past which you could apply to the interview.
