I have been working on irrigation systems for 9 years .
I would like to become an electrician over the next 4 years to supplement my winter income and also to get the certifications that will allow me to legally start my own irrigation company.

Does anyone know of a grant that could help with the apprenticeship costs? Either federal or State (MN).
Thanks in advance.

There are also non-union apprenticeship programs across the country. I would suggest checking with your state apprenticeship office to get a list of all the programs available in your area.
