Electronics Technician with experience in aircraft radar & control modules, Military Power Systems, ALL complete documentation- drawings and procedures 1st for proper revision of all documentation, assembly, testing, troubleshoot and repair of all electrical, electronic & electro-mechanical subassemblies, including Quality Assurance in all respective stages of production thru to the final inspection and prep for shipping as assigned by QA. Work included all forms of processors, PLC, Eprom, PROM and SIMM applications; system cooling designs in many forms- Coldplate to pressurized fluid types incorporated in design; fiber optics, laser & sensor applications of all types; Achieved yearly Class 3 level Certifications per Military Standards in all categories of Soldering; up to 10 layer PWA Assemblies with all types of components including surface mount chips, complex cable and harness assemblies {up to some over 50 lines per cable) included shielded lines, wire wrapping and mother boards of small intricate processor, converter & inverter units as well as their test console simulator upgrades ; All types of procedures (Path Documents), drawings, BOM, documents, revision and (ECN and ECO) resources via computer interface. Computer interfaced testing from chips to subassemblies to the final assembly in the operation testing. This just lightly touches upon my true qualifications in all areas of production and respective applications.
