Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming engineer interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

I have had several interviews in the last few weeks, and the new buzzword is Behavioral Interviewing. These are "Tell me about a time when you ..." questions. Google "Behavioral interview" and look for sample questions. The SAR approach (Situation/Action/Result) seems to be the best way to respond. These are NOT hypothetical questions. The problem I have with this line of interviewing is that the interviewer should be able to interpret the answer, and many that I have encountered could not.
