Hi,

I graduated in 2000 with a BA and a concentration in Environmental Planning. I didnt want to go to grad school at the time, and was told that it was required, and so I pursued other things for ten years. Now, with the job market so much more transparent because of websites like Indeed, I see that a Masters in Planning isn't necessarily required.

At 32 years old, what are my chances of breaking into the field fresh? What steps would I have to take? I would have a hard time working for free in an internship, but would appreciate any suggestions.

Oh, yes. I'm aware of the spelling error in the title of my post.

Chris,

I have a similar story and I'm disappointed that there is no responce to your inquiry. I feel like there is so little information about EP from EPer's because there are several of us out here with the same experience.

I had similar feelings about grad school, after all why spend more money on a degree if there are few positions to be had.
