What is the best training for becoming an environmental services aide? What types of ongoing training or certifications are necessary to be an effective environmental services aide?

What do non-traditional career paths look like?

Are you kidding? You are calling a "Environmental Service Aide" a career just because of a fancy job title that means janitor.

If you want to know what a "career path" for this entry-level position, well here is one example.

Scenario 1:
1. Drop out of high school at the age of 16
2. Raise kid
3. Take adult night courses
4. Pass GED exam
5. Get a job cleaning up a Motel 6

Scenario 2:
1. Graduate from high school
2. Get a job cleaning up a Motel 6

Scenario 3:
1. Graduate from high school
2. Get a job at a fast food restaurant
3. Get a job at a retail establishment
4. Consumer spending dries up
5. Lay-offs at your current job
6. You take a job cleaning at a motel
