I have licensec in real estate, property management, computer business, but I have no experience and I love to work as an escrow assistant . Is any way to get a job, most of the companies want experiences, but how can you get it if they do not hire without it.

Usually if the escrow officer know you personally they may take a chance to use you as an escrow assistant. Other than that, you are right. Companies do want experienced escrow assistants and from experience, most assistants started off as receptionists or hired (during the refi boom) ordering demands or being responsible for one of the tasks involved in the life of the escrow process.
