I have been a Commercial Escrow Officer for the past 25+ yrs. Experienced in shopping centers, Industrial, apts., multi party transactions, high liability transactions, am familiar with endorsements and underwriting guidelines and requirements. Also handled many construction projects. My commercial dept. was disbanded and am seeking long term employment with a title company in Bay Area. (I have a following of long term clients).
