I have my esthetic business in my home and I am ready to look into getting a good "machine" for acne, as much as I like facails, I don't want to do just facials. I worked at a spa about 7 mo. ago and they had what is called the vissage, it is for acne and anti ageing and really works great. I am trying to find that or somthing like that, but am not haveing any luck, can I have some suggestions on a good acne machine? Thanks! |

Hi again.
I also have an aunt using the Galvanic Spa en her esthetical centre in Oslo, and she has really good results with it. She says 9 out of 10 of her clients who have been treated by her, ends up buying one. Monica :-) |

There are a number of machines used by esthy's which can help deal with it's appearance. What is it exactly which you want it do do? Jeff |

For right now, I would suggest holding off until you learn more about it. Galvanic is sometimes useful in deincrustation, but is not effective against acne. High Frequency would be more effective as it produces ozone which kills bacteria. Ask whoever you are buying this device from, what is output current and where is the negative contact. That will tell me a lot. |

Shannen Mae in Marysville, Washington said: I just wanted to know if anyone has had any good experiances with anything. : ) The answer is YES. I have treated acne for over 40 years as an esthetician/medical esthetician and have had success with all grades (grade 1-3) and also working with physicians on 4-5. Today there are clinical ways to control it.... even the worst. |

Yes, my aunt does treatments on her clients, and she also sells it. Her treatment with the galvanic takes about 30 minutes. She starts cleaning the clients face and neck, then 10 minutes with the first negative loaded gel, and then 10 minutes more with the positive loaded gel. She charges 650,- Norwegian Crones, about 100 Dollar, for one treatment. She also offers her clients to buy the products for home treatments. Monica :-) |

It is in your best interest to learn more about acne and the causes before investing in a gadget... Don't trust anyone who has a financial gain from your purchase.. |

I'm not sure if you are asking what is the best microcurrent for acne or what is the best microcurrent for facials. Can you clearify this? |

Hi, my question is what is the best microcurrent machine for facials? I bought the masterface and l think it works well in the eye area, not much on the face, and l have another one by avazia this one l like better you can actually feel the electrical impulses and see your facial muscles working, but the electrode ball that came with the machine is too large l think it would be better to get the smaller one, but the thing is that l already spent almos $500 and l dont want to pay another $150 only for the electrode. These products are expensive! I saw the other day in e-bay a microcurrent machine called or the name of the company "beauty salon" what l like about this machine is that has the 2 probes so you can go all over the face on your client and look more professional, lets just say.... unfortunately l couldnt find any review on this machine. l wonder if anyone can help me out to choose a good machine please! Thanks!! |

Hi, High frequency skin care technology is widely recognized and used by spa and salon professionals throughout the world due to its simplicity of use and overall effectiveness. A variety of personal skin care machines are starting to emerge, allowing the consumer the option of low cost, in-home private skin care treatment. High frequency facial machines provide a gentle non-invasive skin care treatments. ___________________________________

@mgause3768, The facial involves a machine that sprays atomized moisturizers onto the skin using a stream of pressurized oxygen. The treatment is supposed to hydrate skin immediately, making the face appear smoother and plumper. It works well. Being an interior decorator, I have directly designed the interiors of a Spa which uses this. I talked to them about this and they said that it works great and is among the most HIT product. |

Previously, I used soap and I would get breakouts occasionally. Then I tried Neutrogena which made me break out badly and I stopped using it after a week and went back to soap. Then I did some research online and decided to try Lady Soma's Antioxidant Berry mask and what a great purchase. Once per day, I have been using Lady Soma's Antioxidant Berry mask and it has been great to me. It has not only prevented breakouts, but it is also clearing out the little white heads that were on my forehead (I have oily skin) and blemishes. It's not a harsh product either and feels rather mild. I can see why everyone loves this mask! |
