What I love about it is the flexibility. The bosses travel alot, and there is so much down time. What I hate about it is the last minute crap that the bosses give you. Some time I feel as though I am cleaning a babies bottom.

AA can be challenging depending on the time of the year. I welcome all challenges because there is so much down time. I love the on going training. I just hate the when you look for another job, it is hard to transition into another role because you are always labeled as an Admin.
