I've just responded to an ad for an EA at a Private Equity firm. Has anyone worked for one? What was it like? What did you like about it? What did you hate about it? Is it corporate slavery, like 16 hours days? Any info is appreciated!

I used to be an EA in a PE Firm and I personally loved it- the hours and long but the work is interesting and people working in PE Firms tend to be extremely motivated and enthusiastic about what they are doing... the only issue I had is PE Firms aren't doing so well these days so it was hard to get ahead.
