Essential PC applications EA needs to know

What are the essential PC applications an EA must know besides Word, Excel, Power Point? Thanks!

You definitely need to add Outlook to that list - then you'll have the basics that most all employers require.

I'll add to the list above for essential Executive Assistant skills:

* MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Heavy experience in calendaring & meeting scheduling(Outlook)
* Heavy experience in making complex travel arrangements (domestic & international)
* Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills
* Ability to think on one's feet
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Strong communication skills
* Strong work ethic (willing to work OT)
* Professional demeanor & appearance
* Ability to anticipate the executive's needs

Thank you so much for your reply. When it gets to experience in complex travel arrangements could you please tell what it is about? Do you order tickets online or through a regular travel agent or directly through airline? The reason why I am asking all of these questions is because I worked as and EA overseas and am trying to understand if my experience and SKILLS would match the requirements for EAs here in the US.
