Hi Chrissy - I just had to respond as I too am an EA in Santa Rosa! I checked out your website too and there's so many great tips. I'm in the 2nd interview stage for a local EA job in the area. So I happened upon these websites as I was looking for tips. Who knew I'd find someone from SR too! :)
