Hello Ladies,

I've encountered a few emails from other assistants where their request for availability
is written in such a manner that comes across much better than my flat one liner...Please forward your availability for a meeting next week to discuss _____. We will need 1 hour.

I'm looking for suggestions on who to write a template where all basis are covered. Would you mind sharing what your email looks like when requesting availability.
