I've had more than 20 years work experience. My work has been scattered Few years as a researcher in headhunting, then EA/PA role, then back to headhunting etc. In total have about 6 years as an EA/PA however, ALL the skills I have in headhunting and other roles i have held, are all transferable. I have the soft skills as well as the technical skills.

Unfortunately, recruiters and CV 'scanners' only want to see what they want to see. So I have just revamped my CV and made it functional so it is clear that I DO know what an EA/PA does and it shows i HAVE done it.

I don't want to return to headhunting at all and feel I would like to return to the EA/PA role. Am currently unemployed for the past 3 months.

How do I get the attention of the recruiters and HR people??
