Breaking into an Exucutive Chef position |

I'm an eight year veterian of the resturant buisness, mainly with back of the house experience, looking to move into a management position. I feel I can handle the responcability but have never had the oppurtunity due to a lack of a degree. What can anyone that may have been successful in a similar situation suggest ? |
