Companies are screening resumes based on the perfect match.Applicants usually do not match perfectly and companies are loosing the opportunity to hire creative and of high caliber chefs.
The truth is that the majorities of applicants prepared resume in accordance with their experience and not twisting their credentials to a perfect match.

Unfortunately technology is converting the recruiting process more aimed to robotic not geared to the domain and creativity of cooking ,key element in the Culinary Business.
