I received an e-mail with questions to answers to go on to the next step in the interviewing process. One of the questions was: Our beginning seating capacity will only be 60 people. How would that effect the menu that you create? Please sent some advice on how to answer the question. I have several ideas however I am looking for other views and perspectives. Thanks |
