I have 3 years experience as Sous Chef in 5-star, 5-diamond restaurant in Southern California (from 2006 through present). Also have cooking experience in Michelin 3-star restaurant in Spain (2008), and as stage in Michelin-ranked restaurants throughout California.

I am seeking a Chef de Cuisine/Exec Chef position in New York City or Western Europe. My focus is refined cooking with traditional French technique.
