Job Market Saturated

With so many Americans losing thier jobs Employers will have the best job pool to pull from in a long time. However, Employers shouldn't take this opportunity or generate a nit picking attitude towards those employees that have made the company or business what it is today. There will be some outstanding apps in the pool and if there is a need by all means pursue them. All I am saying is don't mis treat the ones that have help you make a profit however big or little it may have been. Especially the Service Workers across all industrial fields!
