How did you get your start doing executive producer work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

I want to do something creative different from other one. In this line I want to use my best. M not concerned with the quantity, means the no. of projects but the thing for which I am concerned about is that am I giving the right result to my producer. Today I have ample opportunities but I want to work under that person or banner where I can use my ideas to my best.
