well i make 13$/hr as an expo at fridays. but i had two yrs experience when i started as well, i'm also a pretty good expo. just go in and know what you are doing and ask for a higher starting rate then you think they will give, you guys will meet somewhere in the middle :)

Right now, I am making $20/hr. We have discussed putting me Salary but they are not ready to do that, it makes it better as most will agree, expediting requires overtime fairly often and when on Salary, that isn't paid. So, for now, I am better off this way, till I get some help in my department and the overtime fades away.
