I suggest to emphasize your people skills-customer service. Willing to help others and resolve the issue on timely manner. Good Communicator. Well organized and attention to details.A good listener. Calm when emergency arises. Continous research for ideas how to make the facilities better workplace. Make sure to communicate to "All" via newsletter to let them know what you have done in the facilities for thier own benefits.
