What is the best training for becoming a facilities supervisor? What types of ongoing training or certifications are necessary to be an effective facilities supervisor?

I do not have any comments but I am interested in hearing about training schools or other training venues for a Facilities or Building Supervisor position.

We have in Ontario a few options. BOMA offers some good courses but they are expensive. Another option is Seneca College as they have a host of things offered, online as well. Another is Humber college. Hope this helps.
