From what I've been reading here on the forums and on the net. There are few companies NOT RECOMMENDED when starting a career in the Finance/Investment field. So far Ameriprise, and AXA are ones I hear to stay away because of their working culture/ethics. So, that being the case, where does one starting a career in finance go? I have a BA in economics, and have worked in sales for 5 years. I'm looking for a change and want to work in the financial industry, specifically, for a company that really treats their employees well, giving proper education, and one that looks out for their clients best interests. Which financial/investment companies do I apply to?
