I am in the final leg of my interview process with Wells Fargo Advisors and I am looking to get some insight into first year expectations with different companies as well as the pro's and con's with each company compared to Wells Fargo. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to make sure I am making the right decision. Thanks in advance for any responses.
