I have a background in finance as a district manager. I was offered a position with a suitable pay but due to a career change 1 yr ago (mortgage meltdown) my pay is significantly less. I have been told once my current income was stated that they can't justify the income initially discussed. I am getting very very concerned. Now I am being told we will get it worked out and they do want me, but at the same time I am being asked for my list of names database.
I have a lot of clients from my past career. I want to fit them with the right company.
Please advise, it would be greatly appreciated.
