The issue that all financial industry personnel face is finding a niche market. All to often our industry is faced with a crisis of quality people not making enough income to support their lifesytle. I have found that simple marketing strategies work over the long haul. One has to consider that the first year is a time of learning and the learning curve is steep for some people.
