I am interested in becoming a financial planner but want to work in an office for a while at first to make sure that the work is a good fit for me. I am particularly interested in fee-only boutique offices. What are skills and help I may be able to offer that would be desirable to firms like these?

I am good with numbers but do not have training and am not opposed to doing administrative support work. I am a skilled writer and have published pieces to my credit. Any ideas?
