I'm thinking about switching careers and becoming a financial advisor, but I don't have any prior experience. Does anyone know if the Wells Fargo Training program is a good idea? Also, how hard is it to get accepted into the program?

Any other suggestions about how to gain experience would be great also! Thanks!
