I work for a financial firm and we are actually looking for quality agents. I have learned that people can make a lot of money in the industry but if you do it the wrong way you can lose a lot of money also. Because of the economy many of our clients have stayed when other firms are losing clients. I think its all about trying to do what is best for the client rather than trying to sell some products.
