difference between jr analyst and senior analyst?

So I am graduating with a BBA in Finance in May 2012 but since I am on winter break right now I am applying to some financial analyst jobs. I am having trouble finding them and I have no experience but I want to do some entry level stuff and work on my CFA and my masters in a year or two.

Should I look for an internship instead?

What should I be searching for ?

I really want to be a financial analyst but I am lost when it comes to searching for the jobs. I applied to some jobs using indeed and FINS.com from the WSJ.

Do any of you financial analyst have any advice for us graduating seniors looking to become financial analyst?
