Right now i a full-time student at San Diego State University but i am looking to change schools because its so hard to get classes i need. I was thinking of going to National University which ive heard mixed reviews about to get my BA. Anyways, I was wondering if any business or economics degree looks okay to employers for this type of job. Also, in the meantime i need to gain some experience to help me get into this field. Where should i start?

The Accounting, Finance major degrees are the more specialized ones and easier to find positions; they will keep you on that path though.
I am job-hunting and notice a lot of the bigger firms have 2009 internships posted. Talk to a lot of people in the fields you are considering and ask them all the questions.
