What has Revenue has to do with COST |

Is it a standard practice to compute revenue as cost with accrual fee? Normally, I would think revenue = $$ coming in
I do not have a finance background, can someone please enlighten me? |

I dont agree with the question above. Revenue doesnt equal to cost with accrual fee Revenue doesnt necessary mean cash inflow, many of the sales, for example, are recorded as account receivables, which mean that you will only receive the cash from the buyers at a later stage. |
