Hello all!
I am 19 years old and have wanted to become a flight attendant since I was just a little girl.
I have been working in retail since I was 15 years old. I feel like I would be perfect for this job.
I live in Southern California but I would move anywhere if it meant me having my dream job.
I have read into how crazy of a job this is and I'm ready for whatever gets thrown my way.
My brother-in-law is a pilot for Southwest Airlines but they aren't currently hiring flight attendants.
I know that some airlines do in fact hire under 21 but I am not sure what I should do at this moment.
If you have any helpful tips for me I would really appreciate it!!!

you can check out compass airlines. They hire people starting at 18yrs and older. Their pay and work rules are not the greatest, but you can get you some experience here.

Hey Jessica,
Try some of the smaller charter airlines or small regional airlines. Alot of the large airlines won't hire anyone 19, it's mostly 21 and up.
