Oversaw the daily cafeteria operation that served 2500-3000 customers daily, by supervising the training and evaluation of all employees. Interviewed prospective employees. Responsible for the development of recipes for the weekly menus. Oversaw the ordering of food, supplies, and equipment, and made sure that the proper items and amounts were received in good condition. Oversaw the production of all food items for breakfast and lunch for the cafeteria, satellite units, and take out orders.
