What are the top 3 traits or skills every front desk receptionist must have to excel?

I've been a receptionist for over 10 years now, and I believe the top three traits are friendliness, patience, and the ability to do multiple things at the same time. For example, answering the phone cheerfully, and signing for a package while a co-worker is at your desk waiting to ask you to do something. It's all about juggling. If you don't get stressed under pressure, it's actually a great job. I really enjoy it.
