I agree with Philip Flood, also treat each customer as if they are the only one you have. And if they ever have a problem take care of it asap!! |

Product knowlege is key to any sale. Make sure you can answer all questions being asked. If you do not know the answer to the question, tell the client you will find out for them. The more you know the better you the better you will be. Try "Needs Based Selling". The phone companies have been usuing this for years. By creating a general conversation with the client, you will get to know alot of information about them, alowing you to determine what thier needs and wants are with out asking directly. It works very well. I ran a a high end patio furniture store for 9 years. I included both these ideals into my training process, and help create a winning sales team. |
