I will be moving to Washington in December (which is probably irrelevant) and I'm using what little on the job experience I have in GIS (spatial analysis, utility & public works) as a way to get into resource management/conservation or environmental planning. I have a BS in enviro-resource studies and a minor in plant & soil science but would like to expand my GIS background while still staying within the realm of enviro/resource planning and conservation. Where do I start?
