I am currently facing a strange crisis regarding jobs in GIS. I have a masters degree in Environmental Science( I graduated in 2008). However, despite having a working visa (though not a Perm. Resident visa)I am having a tough tough time trying to breakthrough GIS industry. Now I am afraid it has become too late to try and enter this industry. Can anyone suggest my any inexpensive refresher course that will perhaps convince my recruiters to look into my CV more seriously? I have been working for two years in customer service now which is killing me.
