I would hope not. Private jobs do pay more than public jobs. Some people say public jobs (ie government jobs) are slower pace. It just depends on the type of work the private company does versus the public company. |

Private companies do tend to pay more, have poor benefits and losing your job is far easier as money being brought in is the bottom line. Public has lower pay, better benefits and more stability. My example:
