Not sure how it works in Nigeria, but in the US you must fill out a petition and recieve a court order to change your last name. Good luck being a "CLARK IN THAT CITY"!

You say you want a "clark job" in that city. Well call it what you want! But from where I come from... you usually have to pay the person that gives you the
"CLARK JOB".
