I have been an Executive Chef CEC/ACF for 20 years and a GM for 10. I have to say that Napa has the poorest salaries in my industry considering the cost of living in California. I am from the mid-west and have open eyes. The gate-keepers need to get real and for the talent in California, please look elseware for economic balance... What a pity
