The first skill needed is to have some basic knowledge of the job by having work at lower levels in HR Administration. Be at least 15 credits toward finishing your Masters in Human Resources. Background in Labor Relations, Negotiations, Case Management, Caseload, Family Management, and understanding the social and emotional needs of the clients.
Staff is second on the list. Know your staff and see to it that they know their jobs at there levels. They should be able to take care of the client if their worker is absent.
