Your questions should be directed to the specific HR area that one would be working in: Recruitment/talent/training, Diversity, Benefits and Comp, EEOC/OSHA issues, etc.

Tell me about yourself....

(this one is terrible for me.)

My response would be, "I'm a senior in college. I've recently began working with a photography studio. I began as an EOE operator, and advanced to become a photographer. I interned at a corporate office this summer in the marketing department as a creative designer. I've been exposed to learning several computer programs in a short amount of time and have years of experience working with people, data entry, and files."

I think this is a decent response, and if I was the one hiring, I'd be impressed with the level of ambition, ability to get things done, eagerness to learn through a college education and application of that knowledge. What are your thoughts?
