First you need to learn to spell correctly... your message should state hr coordination, not cooridantion... beyond that, the position is hard to pin down because every company has a different job description for that job title - some are exempt positions and similar to an hr generalist, while others are hr assistants, so you need to see the job description before trying to figure out what questions might be asked.... hope that helps |

how would you handle this difficult situation? do you have experience with "X"? what would you like to know about our company? all i can say is research the company. try to show you know the position well and you know about the company already. if it's a new field to you learn some of the jargon and answer the questions with confidence as if it comes natural to you. make them think you are gonna make their life easier not harder. |
