Can you tell us where to find job interview questions that we can use in our effort to hire a senior HR generalist? We are looking for a senior HR manager/generalist consultant to start up a non-profit HR outsourcing service. I am not an expert in this field so I am looking for good interview questions.
The key components of the position are:
â€¢Candidates must have at least five years of high-level generalist HR management experience.
â€¢Candidates must have working knowledge of payroll and HRIS/HRMS systems and implementation.
â€¢Candidates must have the ability to work in a start-up environment and make strategic decisions to meet the projectâ€™s goals.
â€¢Candidates must be able to manage change, respond to concerns within agencies about change, and encourage constructive feedback and communication of stakeholders throughout the change process.
â€¢Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible and varied schedule.
â€¢Candidates must have the ability to travel within the state and have reliable transportation.
â€¢Experience in HR outsourcing, HR consulting or PEO industry preferred.
â€¢Previous experience working in non-profit environment preferred.
â€¢Experience in labor-management partnerships a plus.
â€¢Interest in social justice and disability rights a plus.
