I had been trying my best to apply in companies searching for human resource manager in their job bank posted in the internet and I noticed that the internet is plague with recruitment agencies charging people money that were searching for jobs. It is outrageous that American Companies relies on such sites to search for highly qualified personnel as their employees. No wonder companies spend a high cost of hiring employees with little knowledge, skills, and abilities as foundation of their workforce. How can a company become competitive globally when upper management that run the company itself lacks the knowledge and experience. Yes, polishing resumes, effective cover letters, companies searching for 5 to 10 years experience HR Manager does it ever work, one factor many organization do not understand and comprehend is that employees with the experience of 5 to 15 years were already had previous set work training and it is a struggle to make changes when they already had the imbedded experience rather than the ones who is trying to gain the experience at least you can train them in the objectives and purpose of the company. Just a thought My professional experience goes way beyond that of a Human Resource Manager. I have a background in science, behavioral psychology, a Masters in I&O Psychology, and experience in construction, development, operation, training of management personnel, staffing 300 employees for a multi-million casino operation. However, when I apply for work, I always get a response of thank you, which gives me the conclusion that no-one is really serious in hiring anyone that apply in the internet, it is a joke. Of course it is a money resource for many of the recruiting agencies. Thanks |
