As an Administrative Chief in the Marine Corps I handle a multitude of tasks that are in relation to the HR field. What types of positions are available for someone with my experience?

I would recommend talking to a recruiter at one of the big firms (Kelly, Manpower, etc) who would look at your resume and advise you, and perhaps even help you find a job.
